Now that charges have been filed, what do you think will happen to the NFL's premier dogfighting guru?

I found this on an NFL Forum, It's from an associated press article, yesterday. This has become a federal matter and the NFL commisioner has told Vick to stay away from the Falcons camp, which begins training on thursday!

"The indictment of Vick alleges that about eight young dogs were put to death at his Surry County home after they were found not ready to fight. They were killed "by hanging, drowning and/or slamming at least one dog's body to the ground."

Purses for the fights ranged from hundreds of dollars to the thousands, and participants and spectators often placed side bets on the outcome, according to the indictment

If convicted, Vick and three others charged with him could face up to six years in prison, and $350,000 in fines."Blink

The fine would be pocket money for Vick but thats 6 years in a US federal prison!

Well, looks like he's gonna plead guilty, only question now as if it's a bargain or not...

From what I've read, Vick did plead guilty, which means a sentence of    1 to 5 years. His legal team are pushing for it to be 12 to 18 months. Sentencing is on December 10.

vick was a good QB. He talked to Atlanta head coach and if he returns he could be playing receiver/corner instead.
