Option 2 is simple hand out a generic offensive play book and defensive play book to both teams involved. Have one practice scrimmage and then it comes down to player effort to learn it and also coaching calls on the day.
If both teams are running the same offence and defence then it all comes down too play calling and player smarts.
This would be the true test of the Allstar game. See who has the smarts as well as skill.

Awesome work guys.
We are trying to get some media coverage for the Vic Bowl but with the NFL season fully underway by the time an All Star Game happened I could see us getting some great exposure for the sport in Victoria.

Congratulations to the Warriors who advanced to the Vic Bowl to face the Buccs with a 34-20 win over the Rangers today.
